The story that I hear over and again:
Growing up, I sang all the time. I was in chorus (or community theatre or a cappella or a band) and singing was a part of my identity. Now, I don’t have an outlet, and I feel like I am missing a part of myself.
I know firsthand that when singing is a part of you and has no where to go, it hurts. You can learn more about that journey here.
You’ve found your place. Let’s reintroduce you to yourself.
Here’s what I believe to be true:
Adults get to have fun, too.
When we feed our passions, we're better humans.
Music brings people together like nothing else can.
Singing can heal us.
Art is the antidote.
Being a busy mom (or your own flavor of busy) requires that you get you time.
We're a team.
I’m in the trenches with you, figuring it out by your side. You can think of me as an experienced co-pilot, partner in crime, coach, or guide. You are the arbiter of your own sound. I’m here to help you make the kinds of sounds you want to make in the most free and efficient way. That might include dusting off the ole pipes. It takes time, but is worth it.
How we work together
I work to cultivate a brave space for wackiness and play. We celebrate the squeaks and the squawks that are an essential part of growth. Joyful hearts make easy, free sounds.
Skills, communication, musicality—it's all part of it. I know the science, and I'll share as much of it as you want. I try a lot of words and images to help you feel what's happening in your voice and body—you keep the ones that work for you.
Every voice is different. Every body is different. Every human is different. These lessons are bespoke—no two paths look the same. You'll learn to listen to your body and your artistic soul. That takes time. It takes trust. The way you experience your voice is the way you experience your voice, there's no wrong way in here.
I'm here to help you get where you want to go.

Shower singers. Karaoke queens. Former choir leaders. Band leaders. Musical theatre mafia. Professional recording artists. Singer-songwriters especially welcome — bring your guitar, uke, or piano. If you've got a voice and a reason to use it, you belong here.
The only house rule
There's no room for racism, sexism, homophobia, or assholes in my studio.
