Studio Members (bi-weekly & weekly folks) policy:

• Members may switch a private session to a small-group session with notice before the lesson start time. Lessons missed without any advanced notice will not be eligible to switch into a small-group session.

• If a member is unable to attend their session or an upcoming small-group makeup, they are welcome to send a video between 2-30 minutes for feedback, ask for song suggestions, request practice tracks, or suggest other ways I can be useful to you during your scheduled session time. 

Non Studio Members (drop-in folks) policy:

• With 2-3 days (48-72 hours) notice, canceled lessons will receive a 50% refund. 

• With 1-2 days (24-48 hours) notice, canceled lessons will receive a 25% refund.

• With less than 24 hours notice, no refund.
