Studio Members (bi-weekly & weekly folks) policy:
Members may swap a private session to a small-group session with notice before the lesson start time. Lessons missed without any advanced notice will not be eligible to switch into a small-group session.
Members may reschedule a private session to another available private session with one months’ notice.
If a member is unable to attend their session or an upcoming small-group makeup, they are welcome to engage in an asynchronous lesson, in which Mary sends a set of prompts, you film yourself doing the exercises, and Mary sends back feedback and thoughts. If that’s not your jam, you can also ask me for support in other ways during your missed lesson time, such as asking for song suggestions, requesting practice tracks, or suggesting other ways I can be useful to you during your scheduled session time.
Non Studio Members (drop-in folks) policy:
With more than 72 hours notice, we can reschedule or 100% refund less the credit card fee.
With 2-3 days (48-72 hours) notice, canceled lessons will receive a 50% refund.
With 1-2 days (24-48 hours) notice, canceled lessons will receive a 25% refund.
With less than 24 hours notice, no refund.
